Annual Client Orientation

Clients and staff from Los Angeles and Riverside county gathered inside the gym in Thermal at the end of March for the annual client orientation. Guest speaker, Manuel Hamilton, opened the morning talking about becoming self sufficient, and the success of going through the program. TMTANF offers such a wide variety of workshops and classes, incentives and job skills. When the need arises, TANF offers a helping hand. Clients should take advantage of all that the program has to offer.
After Hamilton’s motivational words, representatives from the different departments here at TMTANF got up to introduce themselves and their staff to the clients. They talked about the variety of services offered through TMTANF, such cash assistance and the eligibility requirements for that service.
Annual Client Orientation

Work activities specialists from Thermal and Hemet offices discussed the benefits of some of the workshops offered here, like job preparation and interview skills.
Activities for the youth, our libraries and education departments tell about sponsored events for children in the program. Annual field trips, camps, incentives for grades and graduation are just a handful of the services provided to our young people.

With so much to offer, it’s easy to see why the TMTANF program is a keystone in building a foundation for success on the path to self reliance, health and happiness. Talk to your local area office workers and see what TMTANF can do for you.
